GrindStone Construction is a Veteran owned company. We handle all types of renovations and new construction. We pride ourselves in quality craftsmanship with everything, from bathrooms to complete home renovations and new construction. Our process is transparent, so you get the design you want, within budget, and on time.

How it works

1. Send a request

Contact us and we will scheudle a site visit to discuss your project goals.
2. Take measurements

Once the site visit is scheduled, we will meet with you on site to further discuss your project goals, provide feedback, and steer you toward a design that you will love. We will take measurements at this point gather all of the information needed to build your floorplan, and for project estimation purposes.
3. Approve budget

Once the floorplan is created, design items chosen, we will provide you with an estimate for your approval. This process can be arduous depending on budgetary constraints, however, we will work with you to ensure you recieve an absolutely outstanding product.
4. Start project

After the budget is approved, we will receive a deposit and begin ordering materials. At this point, we will be able to give you a project start date based upon material delivery timelines. This is completely derived around the size and scope of the project.
5. Finish on schedule

Our project scheduling is done with our homeowners in mind. Construction is a very arduous process and our goal is to ensure the project is as least cumbersome as possible for you. We will order materials, and scheudle work to be done so that it is streamlined from start to finish.
